Cancellations made by client

• Coronavirus, only healthy people can take part in excursions or rent a kayak/sup
• Longer trips (whole day or several days) cancelled by client more than 10 days before the activity will be paid 80% in return
• Activities cancelled by client more than 5 days before start will be paid 50% in return
• Cancellation by the client less than two days before the activity will not be paid back
• Control your own travel- or home insurance if they compensate possible cancellations

Cancellations made by Polkuped

• Polkuped can cancel activities because of adverse weather for kayaking (e.g. strong wind)
• Polkuped can make changes in an activity to achieve a more favorable conditions for kayaking (e.g. change the place of the activity)
• Polkuped can cancel an activity if the number of participants isn’t enough
• Polkuped can cancel an activity with a client who does not have the required skills for the activity
